ivrihalevi.com is the official website of the artist Ivri Halevi, and is operated by him ("we"). Using the site and signing up for the mailing list are subject to these terms and to the privacy policy, which is part of them. This is a translation; if there is any conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.

Under 18?

These terms can be a little complicated. Please read them together with a parent or another responsible adult, and sign up only with their permission.

The mailing list

• Signing up means receiving updates and promotional emails about Ivri Halevi: new music, premieres, shows, ticket sales and other surprises.
• Giving your email is optional. It is used only to send these updates and may be stored with providers outside Israel, as described in the privacy policy.
• We don't commit to sending updates at any particular volume or frequency. What we send, and when, is at our discretion.
• You can unsubscribe at any time, using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to contact@amitkarta.com.
• Please give a correct email address that is yours, or one you are authorized to give.
• We may remove an address that was signed up unlawfully or in order to harm the site or the list.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including the name, lyrics, photos, design and text, belongs to Ivri Halevi or to rights holders who permitted its use. It may not be copied, distributed, changed or used commercially without written permission.

Links to other sites

The site and the emails link to external services such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and ticketing sites. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

Content on the site and in the updates is provided as is. We make an effort to keep it accurate and up to date, for example show dates, but changes and mistakes can happen. The binding information about a show is the one published by the ticket seller.

General

• We may update these terms. The updated version will be published on this page with the date of the update.
• These terms are governed solely by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
