ivrihalevi.com is the official website of the artist Ivri Halevi. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, where it is stored and what your rights are. It was written in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741–1981, and is part of the site's terms of use. This is a translation; if there is any conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.

Who is responsible for the information
The owner of the information (the data controller) is Ivri Halevi. For any privacy matter, write to contact@amitkarta.com.
What information is collected
Only the email address you enter in the signup form, together with the signup date and the consent you checked. No name, phone number or any other information is collected.
Why it is collected
To send you updates and promotional emails about Ivri Halevi: new music, shows and ticket sales. The information will not be used for any other purpose, and will not be sold or passed on to anyone else for marketing.
You don't have to give it
There is no legal obligation to give your email address. Signing up is entirely your choice. If you don't, you simply won't receive updates. The rest of the site is available without signing up.
Where it is stored and who receives it
Email addresses are stored with Netlify, the site's hosting company, on servers in the United States. When we start sending updates, the list will be transferred to an email service provider, which may also store it outside Israel. These providers receive the information only to provide their service to us. By checking the consent box in the signup form, you accept this policy, including the transfer of the information to these providers.
Your rights
- Unsubscribing: every email will include an unsubscribe link. You can also ask by email to be removed from the list.
- Access: you can ask to see what information we hold about you.
- Correction and deletion: you can ask us to correct or delete it.
Send any request to contact@amitkarta.com and we will handle it promptly.
How long it is kept
For as long as you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, your email address will be deleted from the mailing list.
Security
The site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the email list is limited to Ivri Halevi and whoever manages the site on his behalf, and is password protected.
Cookies and browser storage
The site does not use cookies, tracking tools or analytics. Your browser saves only the preferences you choose on the site: language and accessibility settings. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. The site's fonts are served from the site itself, not from an external service.
Links to other sites
The site links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Their own privacy policies apply once you go there.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with the date of the update.
